How long is the delivery time ?
Your order is shipped within 24 hours. The delivery time within Europe is normally 3-7 working days and 10-15 working days to other countries.
Can I exchange or return my purchase if I do not like it?
Skippersoftware.com follows the European Union E-commerce directive which means that you can, in a period of 21 days, return a product if you are not completely satisfied. If returning a product it must be in unchanged condition and in the original package. Please contact info@skippersoftware.com for further instructions. The purchasing sum will be paid back to you within 30 days from the day the product reaches Xplain.
